Expo 2020 Dubai will be the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia (MEASA) region’s first World Expo. We hope to host a World Expo that inspires people by showcasing the best examples of collaboration, innovation, and cooperation worldwide under the theme Connecting Minds, Creating the Future.

At first, it didn’t feel real – we were all in denial; we felt the panic and experienced loss. However, COVID-19 demonstrated the beauty of humanity, demonstrating that even amid the chaos, there will always be kindness and light. We postponed Expo 2020 by one year. But our mission of ‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future’ resonates even more strongly in the aftermath of the world’s devastation.
