Are you having a short semester break and looking for a road trip with your buddies? Why not try heading to Msekin Wonderland at Sekinchan!
Yes, I know! You might think that you’ll just be in for a pleasant and relaxing ride to visit some countryside and sceneries of paddy fields. Although some find these types of trips a little too dull, you can raise your expectations just a little bit.
Especially when Sekinchan is home to delicious and affordable seafood! You can head over to the Msekin Wonderland as a part of the day trip to Sekinchan.
Is Msekin Wonderland Worth it?
Sekinchan’s first-ever waterpark is now open to the public for just RM20 for children and RM25 for adults (note that non-MyKad holders pay slightly more).
Msekin Wonderland may be smaller than some of the other waterparks you’ve seen, but it’s still a lot of fun. It features ten separate pools, each with its own unique slides, fountains, and other exciting activities for you and your family to participate in. If you don’t want to get your feet wet, trampolines and electric bicycles are available. Try an ATV if you’re feeling a little more daring!
When it comes to families with little children, you may ask if it is kid-friendly enough. Because kids can play in the ball pits, or rather, slide into the pits, so don’t worry! It has a tiny obstacle course to keep them occupied throughout the day and night. Although you might not be able to enjoy this as much as a kid does, it helps to lighten up the atmosphere. I forgot to mention that Msekin Wonderland is open from 8 am to 10 pm!
Need a Place to Crash near Msekin Wonderlan?
If you’re too exhausted to embark on a day trip, you may always book a hotel room for the night. A tent is an option if you’re still itching for more adventure into your day. For high season, the lodging rate is RM198, but you’ll get two free Msekin Wonderland tickets. On the other hand, the tents would set you back at about RM100. Other restaurants and booths are within a short distance from the hotel. Plus, the room rate comes with free breakfast.
Even though their prices are as stated above, they offer lower-priced options. Non-MyKad holders will pay RM125 for the Family Package, which includes 5 people, whereas MyKad holders would pay RM100.
