Perodua Myvi has been spotted in a number of bizarre situations on the road. As a result, Malaysians regard it as the undisputed King of the Road. Given that there was a Myvi car whose driver miraculously escaped the wreckage of a six-vehicle accident with only minor injuries.
Is it possible that the King of the Road has some blessing with good fortune? Well, perhaps. Recently, the King became a headline in yet another Myvi Miracle Story.
A Myvi came close to a possible disaster in an unfortunate accident in Kuala Lumpur. To everyone’s surprise, a large roadside tree fell on top of it while absorbing the impact. Despite the unexpected impact, all of the passengers in the car were able to leave the car without an injury.
What Happened?
Shariff Ismail II, a netizen, posted a one-minute video to the Dashcam Owners Malaysia Facebook page on January 4, 2021. This video shows a Perodua Myvi being a victim to a falling tree at a traffic light junction in KL. It has since gone viral on the Internet.
The incident occurred on December 31, 2021, at approximately 4.30 p.m., according to Kosmo. Apparently, a Myvi and a Honda Civic were victims in this tree fall incident. What could have caused the tree to fall? It is very likely due to the heavy rain and high winds in the area around at about 2 p.m. which caused the large tree to fall.
As the traffic light turned green, a large roadside tree unexpectedly fell on a black Myvi, as seen in the video. Following whereby passengers exited the vehicle as soon as the accident occurred.
Fortunately, there was no injuries according Kosmos. The video concludes with a flurry of onlookers rushing to see how the stricken car’s driver and passengers fared.
Super Lucky Escape
People praised the Myvi’s sturdiness, claiming that it helped keep passengers safe. Regardless of what other people might say, it’s extremely fortunate that it didn’t take anyone’s life in the process.
It can be difficult to avoid natural hazards such as tree falls. Especially since Malaysia is currently experiencing severe weather across the country. We’re relieved that no one was seriously injured in the recent tree-and-vehicle accident.
